Service Description
- On site with consultant/designer and property owner up to 1 Hour - Discuss needs, wants/wish list, site issues & opportunities - If a Design Package is selected (prices range from $600+tax - $2,500+tax), we take site photos, measurements and notes while onsite - We leave with your wish list and create a design package for you - If a Design Package is not selected, the $102.12+tax ($115.40) for the initial visit is non-refundable **payment can be made through this website or via email transfer to hmjerrard@gmail.com * listed price is for properties within London, Ontario. A surcharge may be applied for out-of-city properties
