Garden Design Crash Course - May 2026

Service Description

Planning or redesigning your garden can be overwhelming. In this workshop, participants will learn tips, tricks and the foundations of garden design from a Landscape Designer. With the assistance of Heather (the Designer), participants will complete a preliminary design of their own garden space including dimensions, a plant list and an idea of materials to install their plan. Supplies: Participants should bring photos of their existing garden space/area, property survey (if they have one), photos (printed or on their phone) of inspirational images they like, pencil crayons or markers (if they have them), and a camera (phone camera is fine). Paper will be provided. *Participants receive a 10% Garden Centre discount on their plant purchases and orders on the day! Date ,Time & Length of Program: Saturday, May 16th/ 10am-2pm OR Saturday, May 23rd/ 10am-2pm This four hour event starts with a guided tour of the gardens (1 hour), fountain show, presentation/talk, break for lunch and 2 hours of design work afterwards.
